This agreement governs your use of the UMedGlobal website and our medical concierge services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Our Medical Concierge Services

UMedGlobal is a medical concierge provider specializing in facilitating medical tourism to China. Our services are administrative and logistical in nature and include, but are not limited to:

• Providing information about partner hospitals and healthcare facilities in China.
• Assisting with the scheduling of medical appointments and consultations.
• Coordinating communication between you and medical staff.
• Arranging travel logistics, including visa assistance, accommodation, and transportation.
• Offering language support and translation services.

3. Disclaimer: Not a Medical Provider

This is a critical component of our terms. UMedGlobal:

• Is NOT a medical provider, hospital, or clinic.
• Does NOT employ doctors, nurses, or any medical professionals.
• Does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatments, or opinions.

All medical services are provided by independent, licensed partner hospitals and their medical staff in China. Any information we provide regarding medical procedures is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified doctor. Your relationship and any treatment decisions are solely between you and your chosen healthcare provider.

4. Patient Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.
• Make all final decisions regarding your medical care in consultation with your chosen medical provider in China.
• Comply with all laws and regulations of China during your medical travel.
• Understand the risks associated with international travel and receiving medical treatment abroad.

5. Financial Terms and Payments

Fees for UMedGlobal's services shall be explicitly itemized in the service agreement. Medical expenses are calculated separately and shall be paid directly to the respective hospitals or healthcare institutions. We shall not be held responsible for the billing practices of partner hospitals.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

YouMei Health shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your medical treatment, travel, or services provided by third parties (including but not limited to hospitals, airlines, and hotels). Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees you have paid for the consultation services rendered. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any medical outcomes or the conduct of any healthcare professionals.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The collection and use of your personal and health information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This clause and any disputes arising therefrom are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
